Town of Moclips, WA.
Moclips is a census-designated place (CDP) in Grays Harbor County, Washington, United States. The population was 615 at the 2000 census. It is located near the mouth of the Moclips River.
According to William Bright, the name comes from the Quinault word meaning, simply, "large stream".
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 3.2 square miles (8.4 km²), all of it land.
